Thank you for shopping with SLECT. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be attached.

The item must not have stains, odour, damage, alterations, or signs of use.

You must provide the order number and proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Do not send any product back without receiving return approval from SLECT.
3. Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another eligible product of equal value or request a refund, where applicable.
Only one exchange request may be accepted per item.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive:

A damaged product

A defective product

An incorrect item

An incorrect size or colour

A product with missing parts or accessories
After verification, SLECT will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Minor colour differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography will not normally be treated as a product defect.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Items without original tags or packaging

Customized or personalized products

Products purchased using final-sale or clearance offers, unless defective or incorrectly delivered

Gift cards

Items returned after the permitted return period
Your statutory rights regarding defective or misrepresented products remain unaffected.
6. Return Shipping
For a standard size, colour, or preference-related return, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer.
SLECT will bear the return shipping cost when the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please use a trackable courier service when sending an approved return. SLECT will not be responsible for packages lost during customer-arranged return shipping.
7. Inspection and Approval
Returned products will be inspected after they reach our facility.
We will notify you once your return has been received and whether it has been approved or rejected. SLECT reserves the right to reject a return that does not meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy.
8. Refunds
Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refunds may take approximately 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund may be processed through bank transfer or UPI. Customers must provide accurate payment details.
Original shipping fees, Cash on Delivery charges, convenience fees, and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.
SLECT reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or an incorrect delivery address. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
10. Refused or Undelivered Orders
If an order is refused at delivery or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in Cash on Delivery being restricted for future purchases.
